Florence in past was the capital of Italy, and Medici’s house. It’s really beautiful and an artistic city. I think that this is the best tour to do in one or two days.

Typical cooking
Like all Italian cooking is a very poor kitchen but is the best in the world…because… all poor plate are the easiest and the better.
If you want eat typical you must absolutely try it:
T-Bone or Fiorentina Beef (you must absolutely taste it)
Arista: is pork roast.
Cantucci: typical cookies absolutely to try with vin santo
Fagioli all’uccelletto: white beans cook with tomatoes
Crostini Toscani: Bread with liver patè
Ribollita is a vegetable soup with bread.
Pappa al pomodoro: tomatoes soup with bread and broth
Acqua cotta: is a mix of vegetable, eggs , bread and pecorino in a soup
Schiacciata d’uva: is a cake with a lot of grape on the top. Is really good but I hate seeds
