Preparation
Preheat oven at 250°C. Wash peppers and cut in half, remove all seeds.
Wash parsley and mince parsley and garlic togheter, than add bread crumbs.
Put all inside peppers and add olive oil on top. Dispose peppers in a backing tin and put in oven. Wait 40 minutes. Serve when are ready.
