Preparation
Squeeze the two lemons, mince garlic and parsley and mix all in a cup with some oil.
Remove the skin from the fish and let marinate for an hour in the compound previously prepared.
Cover a pan with baking paper, put in the fish, add salt and part of the compound.
Cook in oven at 200°C for 40 minutes. At half cooking turn the soles and add the rest of the compound.
