| 50 gr | Butter |
| 500 gr | Flour |
| 150 ml | Milk |
Preparation
Mix the butter with sugar, then add eggs, lemon peel and all other ngredients one after one you can add other milk if isn't enough. For last the dose for Panettone.Put in a cake tin with butter and than in oven at 200°C for 35 minutes c.a. When is ready and cold, wet it with amaretto (spirits) mix with caramel.
