140 gr	Sugar
300 gr	Flour

Preparation
Mix together all ingredients (flour, butter, two eggs and sugar). When you have done a ball of pastry, flatten out with a rolling pin. Now you have a perfect Shortcrust Pastry for your cookies or cake!! Cook for 20 minutes at 180°.
