Preparation
Shortcrust pastry:
Mix together all ingredient (Flour, butter, two eggs and sugar). When you have a ball of pastry, flatten out with rolling pin. Put all in a tart pan with removable bottom. Make hole with fork than put over a sheet of paper from the oven with beans or pasta and put in over for 15 min at 180°C.
Pumpkin stuffing:
Cook the pumpkin in a pan with a little bit of sugar and water; when is ready smash it and add two eggs, condensed milk, cinnamon and nutmeg. Put the stuffing inside the shortcrust pastry and put in oven at 220°C for 35-40 minutes. Your recipe for Pumpkin Pie is ready!
