350 gr	Ladifingers (Savoiardi)
q.s.	Cocoa's powder
4 tablespoon(s)	Sugar
4 unit(s)	Egg(s)
400 gr	Cheese - Mascarpone

Preparation
Mix in a bowl mascarpone with sugar and add egg yolk. Add egg whites mounted as snow and after mix. Dip savoiardi with bitter coffee then put it in a pan. After it add the mixture and alternate with savoiardi. At the end decorate with cocoa's powder. Your Tiramisù Recipe is ready!
