Preparation
This recipe is ideal for ribs and beef. Mince the garlic and than mix all together. Take a bowl and put your favorite than add the marinade if it not cover all add red wine or wine vinegar and olive oil, put all in the fridge for 2 hour then when you put it on the barbecue’s grid remember to put the wine marinade on the beef when you cook it.
If you haven't time to make it you can make an herb's mix and add olive oil than put all on the beef!!
