Preparation
This recipe is the ideal with Fish, gratin vegetables, eggs etc.
Let melt butter in a pan with medium flame, then add flour and mix it together. Add milk and one egg then mix slowly. Add salt, grated parmigiano reggiano, pepper and nutmeg at your favour.
