Recipe for Risotto with Porcini mushrooms and Truffles

| 300 gr | Rice |
| 1 unit(s) | Scallion |
| 1 glass(es) | White Wine |
Preparation
Put in a pan a piece of butter, a little bit of olive oil and one garlic's clove. When are hot add porcini mushrooms and cook for 10-15 minutes. In the same time take another pan and put inside a piece of butter and the minced scallion. Leave at high flame for some minutes and when the scallion wither add rice, and than add wine. When wine is absorbed add broth and cheese. Wait 15 minutes more or less. When mushrooms are ready add them inside rice and at the end add truffle flackes and truffle cream. Mix all together and serve it.
