Preparation
Wash all peppers, cut in half and remove seeds from it.
Than cut all peppers in little pieces, put in a pan basil, olive oil and garlic clove leave it for one minute at medium flame, than add peppers cook it for 1h c.a. At the end add salt and pepper.
The best is serve Peperonata(Pepper Sauce) when is hot but cold is good too.
