Preparation
Take a bowl and mix inside ground beef, egg, parmigiano reggiano grated, salt, pepper and nutmeg pouder. After it take a piece of this mixture and make some meatballs with hands. When are ready take a pan and add olive oil and garlic; leave it at medium flame. When is hot add meatballs and cook for some minutes, than add sauce of tomatoes and peas. Cook for 30minutes c.a.
Now your meatballs are ready!!!
