300 mlBalsamic Vinegar


Preparation
Peel and wash onions.
Take a pan and put inside the butter and the sugar cook it at medium flame, when the sugar became brown put inside the onions cook for 5 minutes and now add the Balsamic Vinegar.Cook togherer for 50 minutes.

Notes:For these recipe it isn't important the quality of balsamic vinegar because you use it to cook, but for a sald or to use on beef the best is Balsamic Vinegar from Modena(Italy)
