Preparation
Put the sheets of gelatine in cold water. Put in a pot the milk with sugar and the vanilla stick medium flame for 10 minutes. Remove vanilla stick, add the sheets of gelatine, mix all and put the compost in a dessert box or in a cup you can do little portion for your house guest! Put all in fridge for 6 h. To serve, either unmold by packing the molds in hot towels and then turning each out onto a dessert plate, or serve in their containers. You can add chocolate-strawberry souce. Your recipe for panna cotta is ready!
