Preparation
Traditional Way
In a mortar put salt, garlic without skin and basil and crushed all with a pastle. Add pine and continue to crushed it. At the end add olive oil and grate cheese.
Fast Way
If you have only 10 minutes this is the ideal.
You have only to take all the ingredients and put in a robot for some minutes with low power.
This sauce il the ideal for pasta in particular for TROFFIE.
I cook TROFFIE with potatoes and pesto are really good!!
