Preparation
Preheat oven at 200°.
Wash the dogfish.
Cut in slice onions and cherry tomatoes; take a foil of oven paper and grease it.
Put the dogfish on oven paper with onions, tomatoes and all ingredients. Close the fish inside oven paper and cover it with an alluminium foil to wrap it.
Make a wrapper and put it in oven for 1h.
Serve it hot directly from the wrapper.
