Preparation
This recipe it's from my dad, you can serve it like dessert or for a strong but deliciouse breakfast.
Whisk the egg whites with half the sugar until they turn white and fluffy then add the rest of the sugar and whip until you obtain a stiff shiny mixture. Than add the yolk mix it and serve. You can add marsala or spirits if you want.
