Preparation
Preheat oven at 225°.Put the shank in a pan at medium flame with a little pice of butter and olive oil. After some minutes it will became brown on every side.
Take a baking pan and put inside the garlic, sage, rosmary, white wine, a little bit of water,junpier berry and the shank with butter and oil.
Leave to cook for 2h. ca.
