Preparation
Wash the black sea bass. Preheat the oven to 200°. Mince together rosmary, parsley, sage, garlic, salt and pepper and put all inside the black sea bass than cut in slice the lemon and put inside the fish. Take a baking pan and put inside a sheet of paper for oven, put on the black sea bass add oil and a little bit of water. Leave to cook for 20-30 minutes c.a.
Now your black sea bass is ready!! You can serve it with your favorite side course!!
