Preparation
FIRST YOU MUST MAKE A POTATOES MASH
Peel off potatoes and boil it with sea salt for 30 about minutes.
When are ready put the boiled potatoes in a robot, add milk, salt, pepper, a little bit of butter and nutmeg than mix all togher.
Preheat over at 200°.
Whene potatoes mash is ready you have only to add egg and bread crumbs mix it, and take a little bit of dough and make with your hand a lot of little ball.
Take a roasting pan and put inside the ball of potatoes with a little bit of oil.
Leave to cook for 40 minutes c.a. When are ready serve it.
