Preparation
I haven't written the amount of the ingredients because you can choose how many red cherry tomatoes or squashes to add.
Sauce Preparation:
Cut the squash you can choose the type of cut i prefer the stick but you can cut it like a washer, boil the squash in hot water remove it from the water when the squash are cooked and crunchy.
Cut red cherry tomatoes little piece, cut the fresh basil, make flakes of pecorino. Add all together add pepper olive oil extra vergine.
Your souce for pasta salad is ready! Yummy !!!
Now the most important!!
Pasta Preparation:
Add water in a pot put it on a medium or high flame when the water boil add one teaspoon of sea salt(1 teaspoon for 3 people) than add spaghetti. wait (in the pasta box there is write the time for each type of pasta you buy) Taste when is ready leave spaghetti from water.
Wait that spaghetti be cold: if you haven't time put spaghetti in cold water for some minutes than leave spaghetti from water.
Now add the souce and your Pasta Salad recipe is ready!
